“I have called multiple times but can only get routed to an out of country 800 rep who can only read me my own manuals. I have put in three separate requests for help to no avail. Work orders have been made and not filled. I have called and even driven to the nearest Vivint offices. All calls are not returned and the location in Calgary, Alberta had no office. This is a company that has no regard for customer needs and I will be switching providers.”
